Brindisa Kitchen's Shoreditch tapas restaurant set for relaunch next week
Spanish restaurant group Brindisa Kitchens is set to relaunch its Tramontana tapas restaurant next week, following refurbishment and a re-brand.
The eatery, now called Tapas Brindisa Shoreditch, will reopen on Monday 14 November and will add to the restaurant group’s flagship tapas restaurant at Borough Market near London Bridge.
Opening from 11am, the 114-cover restaurant will serve up a range of baked goods and coffees, along with a lunch menu of hot and cold sandwiches, and act as a showcase for Spanish coastal cuisine tapas favourites and platters.
To mark the opening, the venue has undergone extensive refurbishment with a significant refit carried out by London design studio Creative Family that includes a new entrance, a large communal table and a curved bar with a view into the restaurant’s kitchen.
Founder and owner Monika Linton, commented: “I am so excited that we can bring a refreshed finish and improved space with revitalised menus inspired by Spain’s east coast to this restaurant.
“The Brindisa Kitchens team are ready to welcome lovers of our food, old and new, and to continue to bring our Spanish soul to Shoreditch.”
Founded in 1988, Brindisa Kitchen’s Tapas Brindisa restaurant in Borough Market was the group’s first proper restaurant that launched in 2004 and since then its portfolio has expanded to five venues in the capital, with a further site in Barcelona.
