Yorkshire property business experts launch new building compliance firm

Two property business experts have launched a building compliance company, which specialises in new build properties, in Leeds city centre.

KANDO Associates Ltd specialise in SAP calculations for new domestic dwellings properties, whilst also providing a comprehensive range of energy consultancy services, encompassing all forms of architecture, both within the commercial and domestic sector.

With over a decade of experience in management in the building compliance and property sector, the two directors are aiming to take on a new hollistic approach to the building compliance industry.
