Landmark Sheffield listed building comes to market

A former Grade II listed school designed by Sheffield architects Innocent & Brown in the Victorian era has come onto the market with Knight Frank for just under £1m.

Players House, formerly Carbrook School, dates back to 1874 and was amongst the earliest schools in England to be built after the 1870 Education Act.

The Gothic revival style building on Attercliffe Common built for the Sheffield School Board occupies a prominent position in Attercliffe near major retail and leisure attractions.
