Vida Homeloans partners with Dock9

Dock9, an award-winning financial experience design agency, has partnered with Vida Homeloans - the modern mortgage lender - to build its website and develop its branding as it looks to bring its new combination of technology, human experience and criteria-driven lending to the specialist mortgage sector.

Dock9 built the new site from scratch, developing two unique user journeys in the process: one for customers and the other for the mortgage intermediary. To do this the agency carried out extensive research, prototyping and user testing to ensure the final product was reflective of both key audiences Vida is looking to reach.

Alongside the site build, Dock9 developed branding assets for Vida Homeloans and worked collaboratively with the third-party provider of the Vida Application System to re-skin the platform and create a seamless user experience between it and the main website. Beginning in April this year, the project took five months to complete.
