New £24m student accommodation scheme opens for reservations in Liverpool

Liverpool students can now apply to live at The Ascent, a brand-new luxury student development which opens in September 2017.

The Ascent is being launched by luxury student accommodation provider IconInc, which was credited for developing ‘Britain’s most luxurious student digs’ for its first development, The Edge in Leeds.

The company is now set to expand its offering of student living across the North with its latest development in centre of Liverpool, situated between both universities.

The Ascent is a £24m, 12-storey high development which includes 186 luxury student apartments, providing boutique hotel-like living 365 days of the year with en-suite bathrooms, 1,000 sprung double and king beds, flat screen TVs, super high-speed Wi-Fi and all-inclusive utility bills.

Tenants at The Ascent will benefit from its all-inclusive facilities, including an on-site gym with personal trainers, a cinema room, a sauna and steam room, a music room, a mega kitchen, a games zone, continental daily breakfast, study rooms, self-service pantry and 24hr concierge.

Optional luxury extras include professional cleaning, daily fresh fruit delivery, kitchen equipment, Egyptian cotton towels and bedding hand-picked by IconInc’s interior designers.
