All-day Australian eatery opens its doors at Victoria dining quarter

The glitzy Nova Victoria dining quarter has welcomed a new eatery to its line-up after the Timmy Green restaurant and bar opened its doors this week.

Joining the likes of Shake Shack and Bone Daddies at the new mixed-use development, the all-day Australian eatery boasts 120-covers over two floors along with a dedicated bar area hosting a baby grand piano and dedicated DJ booth.

Thought up by the restaurateurs behind brunch bar Daisy Green, the restaurant will serve up a selection of small plates along with a dinner menu headed up by prime steaks and other rustic Australian cuisine inspired by co-founder, Prue Green’s, late cowboy brother.

The buzzy venue itself is also adorned with original artworks and sculptures commissioned by British artists including Louise Dear, Shuby and Nancy Wood, while a live Instagram printer completes its up-to-the-minute stylings, allowing guests to instantly print off and share their instagram snaps.

Nova Victoria is positioning itself at an upcoming ‘foodie neighbourhood’ after its first phase Nova South portion was completed last year, while its Nova Food development is set for its official opening in February.
