Bradley Hall celebrates strong performance with Lloyds bank
North East chartered surveying firm Bradley Hall is celebrating a strong performance in its first six months of being on the prestigious Lloyds Bank Valuation Panel for Secured Lending.
In June this year, the Newcastle based property specialist, was the top performing agency beating almost 100 others. Around 90 instructions from the bank were completed during a six-month period.
Bradley Hall has been among the top 20 on average every month since partnering with Lloyds Bank in the North East.
Richard Rafique, director at Bradley Hall, said: “Lloyds Bank is traditionally thought of as one of the ‘Big Four’ clearing banks and enjoys a solid reputation for customer satisfaction. We are delighted to be supporting them and enhancing their service to customers.
“It took us several years to get onto the valuation panel for secured lending, so we’re very pleased to have made such a strong impact so quickly. Our team of valuers around the region is regularly able to turn things around within seven days or less.
“Our coverage across the North East, with offices in Durham, Newcastle, Morpeth and Alnwick means we have an intimate knowledge of the local market that helps with accurate valuations.”
Lloyds Bank operates a network of 1,300 branches across England and Wales, offering a full range of financial services. The company, which was renamed from Lloyds TSB in 2013, employs almost 46,000 people across its branches and headquarters.
In addition to its partnership with Lloyds Bank, Bradley Hall has worked on the regional panel of Barclays Bank for over 20 years and has previously undertaken work via the prestigious HSBC panel and Handelsbanken. The firm offers a broad range of services from residential and commercial estate agency through to property management, investment, business sales and disposals.
Within the last 12 months, Bradley Hall announced an expansion and diversification, offering a comprehensive range of independent finance advice with the launch of BH Financial Services.
