These are the startups that Pi Labs is backing to revolutionise proptech this year
Pi Labs, the proptech-focused venture capital platform, has unveiled the four startups who will make up the fourth cohort of its accelerator programme in London.
As always, the new intake will benefit from mentoring and advice from Pi Labs’ network of experts, along with funding through its pre-seed investment programme and the chance to pitch to high-profile investors at its demo day.
Taking part in the latest thirteen week programme will be:
- AskPam, the chat-based assistant which helps users get jobs done around the house
- FalconDHQ, which has developed a mobile SaaS to help private security firms utilise data
- Keepsite, a platform which helps businesses and individuals design and deliver construction projects
- StorageShare, which is an online marketplace for storage space allowing individuals to rent out their unused space.
The Pi Labs venture capital and accelerator programme is now into its third year and has raised £20.5m in capital across 24 investments since it was set up, and boasts the likes of eMoov, Trussle and Hubble in its investment portfolio.
Commenting on the latest cohort, Dominic Wilson, Co Founder and Managing Partner, Pi Labs said: “Pi Labs is very much about quality rather than quantity, and we have an exceptional bunch of start-ups this year, in growth areas like construction and security.
“We saw an unprecedented amount of applications from companies across the world for this cohort, but have honed in on areas where there is a drastic need for innovation.
“Alongside our pre-seed investment programme, we also expect to participate in an array of later stage investments this year, so watch this space.”
