Bone Daddies to debut exclusive dishes at new Marylebone site

Japanese ramen chain Bone Daddies is set to open its first new venue of 2017 in Marylebone this February and has lined up some exclusive dishes for the James Street site.

Situated near Oxford Street, the new two-floor property features room for 23 covers as well as an open kitchen on its ground floor with interior design overseen by Wapping’s B3 Designers.

Serving up Bone Daddies’ usual menu of ramen dishes and snacks, the James Street restaurant’s menu, which has been developed by founder and Chef Proprietor, Ross Shonhan and Group Executive Chef, Tom Moxon, will also include dishes exclusive to the venue.

The Marylebone opening, which becomes the brand’s seventh restaurant in the capital, is set to be quickly followed by the opening this Spring of another Bone Daddies site in Victoria at the NOVA Food quarter.

Commenting on both openings, Shonhan, said: “2017 is set to be a big year for us with the opening of James Street and then a further new site in Victoria. For both we are excited to share new dishes with our customers and keep diversifying the Bone Daddies offering.

“I am particularly excited about the new robata and wok dishes that Tom and I have been developing for James Street, as working with charcoal grills has been something we have been looking to build into the menu for some time.”
