Macclesfield-based furniture company Broadstock secures Tata contract worth £740k

Furniture business Broadstock has secured a new contract with multinational conglomerate Tata Technologies.

The Macclesfield-based firm, which provides workspace, catering and educational furniture, has been selected from a shortlist of five companies to design and supply furniture for Tata Technologies’ new European HQ in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Anticipated to be worth £740k, the deal will see Broadstock work closely with interior design company Thuja to develop designs for the four-level internal space, which comprises desking, break-out zones, meeting rooms, social space and a cafe.

Broadstock will now utilise in-house space design and manufacturing expertise to provide end-to-end project management for Tata.

The company will leverage existing relationships with its supply chain, controlling the delivery and installation through its delivery fleet and installation teams.

Broadstock project manager Lee Woodall said: “We’re delighted to have been appointed to work on this prestigious project.

“It will be genuinely exciting working together to create an inspiring environment which reflects the design excellence of Tata.”

The install process will get underway in April.
