Barnfield Construction begins work on £18m resi development in Altrincham
Manchester developer Real Estate Investment Partnerships Ltd has chosen Barnfield Construction to build its £18m residential development in Altrincham.
Known as Alderbank WA14, the scheme will create 34 apartments and six mews houses at the corner of St John’s Road and Ashley Road.
Nelson-based Barnfield is has now started work on the project, which is designed by Manchester architects Ollier Smurthwaite.
Real Estate Investment Partnerships CEO Stephen Slater said: “Barnfield Construction has proven to be the ideal partner to bring Alderbank WA14 to life.
“The team has a stellar track record in the construction of premium residential developments, with exceptional attention to detail, so we’re very confident that they will deliver this luxury scheme to the high expectations of our buyers.”

Of the scheme’s 40 properties, 11 are now under offer.
