Family-owned Penrith estate agent Eden reports 40% turnover growth
Cumbrian estate agent Eden has achieved double-digit turnover growth after investing in its staff and premises.
The Penrith-based firm saw sales increase year on year by 40% to £400k after spending a six-figure sum on purchasing and refurbishing its office at Little Dockray.
Family-owned Eden has also attributed the growth to ensuring its team of valuers and advisors has the right skills to offer clients the best possible service.
The company, which is an agent for national real estate business Fine & Country, has expanded the patch it covers from a 10-mile radius surrounding Penrith to one of at least 30 miles.
Eden sales director Helen Miller, who founded the company in 2005 with husband Nick, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to announce such fantastic results for Eden.
“Our success and growth is down to our expertise and our unique way of presenting every property in its very best light to help our clients achieve quickest sale at the best price.”
Eden’s homes have ranged from one-bed apartments to £1.2m lakeside retreats.
Speaking further, Helen commented: “No matter how many bedrooms a home has, or what the asking price, we pride ourselves on drawing out a property’s selling points and going the extra mile for all of our clients, which is why we’re enjoying such notable growth.
“We’re now looking forward to helping our current and new vendors secure a buyer for their home as we head into the prime months for properties coming onto the market.”
