Autism Initiatives Charity Race Night - Espresso Web

If you’re currently following us on Facebook or Twitter, you will have seen our posts on a race night we’re sponsoring. An Autism Initiatives Charity Race Night to be particular. We’re really proud and humbled to be sponsoring this event and have made it our goal to raise some much needed funds for a very good cause. This is where we’re asking for your help, we need as much awareness as possible to ensure our tickets sell out and it’s a fantastic night for everyone involved.

Working Close to Autism Initiatives

When we agreed to sponsor this event we made it a personal goal to raise as much as we can, so that the charity gets a huge benefit from the night and it helps some very special individuals with some days out or activities in their centre.

From our office in Middlesbrough we are two doors away from Autism Initiatives and we have been involved in donating to this important cause for a long while now. Each Friday we hold ‘Dress Down Friday’ where all of our team come in casual clothing and make a small donation that goes straight to Autism Initiatives. You could give £5 a month to sponsor an animal or charity, but seeing the difference you make first hand makes it far more personal to us. It’s organisations like Autism Initiatives that don’t get enough credit or donations, which makes it even more significant to ourselves to do our bit where we can.

We have been sponsoring Autism Initiatives for a number of years now as well as Cash for Kids, so we’re always more than happy to do what we can for both charities. You may have seen our team previously get involved by donating a huge bundle of Christmas presents, collecting 1,000 Easter Eggs and completing a 153 mile bike ride. It’s fair to say where charity is involved, so are we!

Race Night Details

With less than two months to go, we’d like to put a huge push on this event to help make sure every ticket sells. The race night itself has some amazing plans underway to ensure a night full of entertainment and fun for all. The main details of this night are:

• Friday 12th May
• 7pm till late
• Thornaby Sports and Leisure Club, Tedder Ave, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 9JP
• £5 per ticket (includes pie and peas and entry to raffle)
• Multiple horse races
• Raffle
• Auction
• Entertainment
• Over 18’s only
• A great night of fundraising for a fantastic cause

Sponsoring a Charity Night

This charity night has the potential to make a huge different to a number of lives and all it takes is for this event to go off like no other. All we ask is that you purchase a ticket for the event and come and show your face. There are plans for a raffle, auction, horse races and even pie and peas. We would also like to mention that the raffle is open to donations, so if you have any unopened gift sets or unwanted presents you wish to donate, please feel free to bring them along or get in touch in advance.
