Final space remaining at One Temple Square, Liverpool
Liverpool city centre office building One Temple Square is now 60% occupied following a significant refurbishment.
Workspace design consultancy 360Degrees has completed a ‘Cat A’ fit out for the Grade II listed building on Dale Street, which was built in the 1800s and is part of Liverpool’s industrial heritage.
The newly refurbished One Temple Square, owned by MCR Property Group, now benefits from a modern interior including new carpets, open-plan suites, a redesigned reception area and retained features including timber staircases.
Temple Square itself has also received investment to refresh its landscaping, offering an open air breakout space for tenants and public alike.
Recent lettings include law firm Kirwans, which recently took 1,971 sq ft under a five year lease.
In February 2016 law firm Canter Levin & Berg signed a new 10-year lease on its 7,800 sq ft space across two floors.
With just over 8,000 sq ft remaining, Hitchcock Wright & Partners say the location is ideal for companies seeking high quality office or retail premises.
The building is ideally located close to the business district, Liverpool One and Moorfields railway station.
Sean Collins-Jones of Hitchcock Wright & Partners, says: “The latest letting to Kirwans confirms the ongoing occupier demand at One Temple Square and the success of its refurbishment.
“The refurbishment has been well received by both existing and prospective tenants so we’re expecting high demand for the remaining sq ft.”
Karl Kiernan, acquisition and asset manager at MCR Property Group, adds: “We’re really happy with the work done by 360Degrees. Their dedicated project team delivered sterling service.
“We’re confident that we’ll see plenty of interest from companies keen to locate in this up-and-coming part of the city centre.”
Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Worthington Owen are joint leasing agents on the building.
