LightStart relocates growing team to new coworking space
LightStart, the analysis-led digital design house, has completed its relocation to the 5,000 sq ft new coworking space, WorkspaceHub, in the centre of Leeds. Having been a Community Partner on NatWest’s “Entrepreneurial Spark” programme for the last year, LightStart now boasts both a growing in-house team and an increasing portfolio of diverse clients, ranging from tech startups to £60m turnover social enterprises. When the opportunity arose to be the first tenants in a brand new space, catering for the business’ large period of growth, the Directors Simon Edwards and Dan Akers acted quickly:
“We’re extremely excited to have moved into WorkspaceHub as it is going to be a great place to base and grow our business. Over the last few months, several large contracts have enabled us to bring forward our growth plans and expand our team. When we met the team behind WorkspaceHub it was very much a right place-right time opportunity“ said Simon.
WorkspaceHub, at Northgate on North Street, is set across two floors with an additional Penthouse event space, complete with roof terrace. There will be no shortage of space for LightStart to continue its rapid development as it continues to secure new clients and contracts. With a growing reputation across the city, particularly for their innovative and unique events, LightStart looks forward to welcoming clients and event attendees to their new abode.
Rabia Ahmed, Director of the WorkspaceHub, said:
“We are excited for Lightstart to start at our premises. Looking forward to the new entrepreneurial relationship.“
The company’s first flagship event at WorkspaceHub will be held in the Penthouse on Thursday 18th May - more details to follow.
