Boutique contractor Artez completes North West hat-trick worth over £500k
Boutique contractor Artez has completed work on a trio of North West projects worth more than £500k.
Artez Interiors, one of two standalone divisions forming Bolton-based Artez Group, has handed over an internal fit-out project for creative agency Love Creative in the centre of Manchester that saw it refurbish two floors of a Victorian warehouse on Dale Street.
In neighbouring Liverpool, Artez was tasked with installing interiors for Hus, the Scandinavia-themed bar in the Tempest Building on Tithebarn Street.
The company was also called on to convert Yorkshire House, a former bank building on Liverpool’s Chapel Street, into modern office space.
Artez construction director Steve Knight commented: “We’re seeing a growing demand for interior fit-outs as more people recognise the cost benefit of a refurbishment over a move to new premises or more expensive new build projects.
“We work closely with our clients to create spaces that follow their vision and incorporate the styles and technologies of the future, while remaining considerate to the existing structure.”
He continued: “We’re confident that the recent fit-outs provide inspiring environments to work and play in, and we look forward to continuing to provide work of the highest quality across the North West in 2017.”
In addition to its three recently completed fit-outs, Artez said its 2017 pipeline will see it overhaul the interiors of a host of buildings across Greater Manchester.
Speaking further, Steve said: “We have a number of exciting developments in the pipeline for this year, including partnerships with leading regeneration experts and developers.
“2017 is set to be significant in the growth of Artez Interiors and Artez as a whole.”
