Newcastle’s Enigma Interactive helps to unlock double digit sales growth for clients
Digital development firm Enigma Interactive has revealed that recent work with its ecommerce clients has helped to unlock impressive sales growth for the third year running, despite an increasingly competitive online environment.
The agency, which has been operating since 1997, has said that its clients have experienced an average of 41% sales growth in their online operations, figures which Enigma claim are almost twice the national average.
Having worked with brands and institutions such as the NHS, BBC and BAE Systems in the past, the agency utilises industry standard platforms such as Magneto to develop ecommerce platforms across mobile and desktop for its clients, along with other digital transformation services.
Founder Steve Grainger, believes his firm’s success outlines the returns that businesses can see if they are able to develop a coherent and well-planned digital strategy.
He said: “It’s always fantastic to see the work we do for our clients proving itself against the competition and performing so well. These figures show that executing an effective, well thought out digital strategy, will always yield a great return on investment.
“Our latest results have been achieved in a notoriously competitive, winner takes all world. With the trend towards fewer and fewer significant players in each sector, and established high street brands being overtaken by smarter online operators, the landscape of winners and losers can change in the blink of an eye.”
It now means that Enigma has outstripped the UK average of internet retail sales growth, which this year stood at 16%, for the third year running, and Grainger is hopeful that the firm’s bespoke approach will help it to continue to outpace the industry over the coming years.
He added: “We’ve reached a point where most mainstream eCommerce sites are good. As designers and developers of eCommerce systems, we’re often challenged to create sites that will give our clients a competitive edge.”
