Double joy for law firm Bromleys
Bromleys Solicitors is celebrating after retaining its Investors in People Gold status.
It is the only law firm in Tameside to have the accolade and one of just eight across Greater Manchester.
Bromleys was one of the first law firms in the region to achieve IIP Gold accreditation in 2014, and has kept the standard since then.
The award recognises Bromleys’ commitment to excellence in the workplace, including its management of people, its leadership and culture and its dedication to continuous improvement.
The firm has also retained its Lexcel quality mark from the Law Society, which recognises its high standards in areas such as client care and practice management.
Bromleys has held this accreditation continuously since 2005.
Senior partner Mark Hirst said: “We are delighted to have retained such prestigious accreditations.
“To achieve IIP Gold status once again is a simply outstanding result and stands testament to the hard work undertaken by the whole Bromleys team.
“We have once again demonstrated our commitment to a high level of staff involvement and engagement, autonomy, training support and opportunities for our people to develop their careers with us, and this accreditation recognises those policies, procedures and principles.
“At the heart of everything we do is our passion for providing a high-quality service to our clients, maintaining our strong reputation in the area and being seen as a professional yet friendly firm.
“Everyone at the firm can be extremely proud of their achievements. There is certainly a positive energy across the practice and we look forward to the future with confidence.”
