Bootcamp gym concept set to launch in Wellington Street, Leeds
A high intensity bootcamp gymnasium concept is set to open in Leeds city centre.
Acting on behalf of James Hare Ltd, Carter Towler has agreed a 10 year lease on 4,865 sq ft at 68-72 Wellington Street, with Trib3 gymnasiums.
The Sheffield-based gymnasium concept currently has four outlets in Sheffield and Barcelona and has another opening lined up in Manchester.
Trib3 is planning to launch a further 35 across the UK and Europe.
Pete Bradbury, Carter Towler’s associate director, said: “Trib3 had been looking at a number of different options in the city centre so we were really pleased to attract them to Wellington Street.
“The character of the building was a huge factor, as was the location. Their plans to design a unique and completely different style gym offering look fantastic.”
Charlie Hare of James Hare Ltd, added: “It will be great to see the space being used again as it’s been empty for around 25 years. We are really looking forward to seeing the transformation.
“We hope the new gym will prove to be popular with people both working and living in the city centre who are looking for somewhere with a different approach to fitness training.”
