Seven firms move into Leeds’ Leeming Building

The Leeming Building in Leeds city centre has attracted seven businesses since undergoing a refurb earlier this year.

The scheme, which reopened its doors in April, welcomed PR agency Cream Consultancy, handmade coffee machine company LA Marzocco, recruitment firms Amsource Technology and Catalyst, design agencies Analogue and Common Room Design, and sports publisher Planet Sport.

A total of 70% of the space at The Leeming Building is now either let or under offer.

The refurbishment drew on Scandinavian influences and included a new reception area, communal break-out spaces and high-spec suites featuring LED lighting and air conditioning.

The Grade I-listed building was built in 1904, originally serving as traders’ offices for the Leeds City Markets.

WSB Property Consultants and Sanderson Weatherall, appointed by Development Managers TPS on behalf of Freshwater Group, acted on each of the deals.
