CONNELLS GROUP POWERS UP PAYROLL AND LEADERSHIP WITH NGA HR SERVICES DEAL

NGA Human Resources (NGA HR), the HR and payroll provider, today announced a seven-year deal with leading UK-based property services provider, Connells Group. Connells Group will now rely on NGA HR’s cloud-based solution to support its rapid business growth and digital transformation projects.

Connells Group, with nearly 600 estate agency branches across the UK, has chosen NGA HR’s SaaS ResourceLink software to integrate its HR and payroll systems, standardise working practices, improve internal processes, and significantly reduce operating costs. The software incorporates a number of modules for the modern workplace and now encapsulates the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to staff development and succession planning. Key features include: workforce management and compliance; time and attendance tracking; talent management and appraisals; payroll and pensions; reporting and analytics as well as self-service modules for employees and managers.
