Surveyors Gray Scanlan Hill relocates to converted Northern Quarter Post Office
Independent building surveying consultancy Gray Scanlan Hill has relocated to a new base in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
The firm signed up for 2,200 sq ft on a five-year lease at The Old Post Office, a 127-year-old converted post building on Newton Street.
The property, acquired in 2011 by O’Connell East Architects, comprises two self-contained contemporary office units.
Mike Scanlan, a director at Gray Scanlan Hill, said: “O’Connell East Architects has created a unique and interesting space at The Old Post Office.
“We envisage that our relocation to the Northern Quarter will inspire and benefit our team and ultimately enhance how we service and work with our clients.”
Gray Scanlan Hill is this year celebrating its 10th year in business.
