Loan approvals to rise with Manchester-based Freedom Finance’s latest partnership
Loan provider Freedom Finance has struck a new strategic partnership with Bank of Ireland.
The tie-up will see the Manchester company use its in-house lending decisioning, technology platform and UK contact centre to support thousands of Bank of Ireland customers in securing the best loan for their circumstances.
Freedom said its omni-channel solution gives all customers, including those falling outside the ‘primary lending appetite’, the best rates available for their individual lending needs without negatively affecting their credit rating.
The company believes the partnership proposition will ultimately lead to more loan approvals.
Michael George Davidson, Freedom Finance’s director of business development, said: “We are delighted to be able to support Bank of Ireland at this exciting time.
“Being able to work closely together to engineer a solution that supports thousands of customers every month is testimony to the values of both brands.”
The head of unsecured loans at Bank of Ireland, Alastair Watts, commented: “This partnership is an exciting development for both Bank of Ireland and Freedom Finance.
“As the financial industry undergoes rapid technological and regulatory change, our partnership with Freedom will deliver innovative lending through a disruptive proposition.”
He added: “Working together, we will be even stronger in finding customers the best possible loan and rate whilst providing market-leading service standards.”
