Recruiter Search Consultancy to create over 50 jobs in North West and Yorkshire
Recruitment firm Search Consultancy is expanding its workforce in the North West and Yorkshire.
The Glasgow-headquartered company will create over 50 jobs at its offices in the two regions, as part of a nationwide drive to hire 150 new staff.
Search, which currently employs 650 people across 13 UK offices, said the roles available range from trainee to senior management across various business areas.
The firm underwent a management buyout (MBO) and secured investment from H2 Equity Partners earlier this year.
Now, Search is looking to build on its market position by adding new faces to its growing team of consultants, increasing its UK coverage and making selected bolt-on acquisitions.
Chief exec Debbie Caswell said of the expansion: “We are entering an ambitious and exciting phase following the MBO earlier this year and we are now delivering upon our stated intention to accelerate our growth plans.
“A Sunday Times Best Company and Platinum Investors in People, we invest heavily in our employees, ensuring they have access to career-long learning and development, an award-winning training programme, employee benefits and an exceptional support network.”
She added: “We therefore look forward to bolstering our team at locations across the UK and growing our business further.”
