Lancashire law firm Vincents assembles new Longridge team

Lancashire law firm Vincents Solicitors has assembled a new team at its branch in Longridge.

The Preston-headquartered company revealed on Friday (October 13) that new hire Nazreen Ali will lead on conveyancing and residential property at the branch.

Vincents’ Rebecca Perkes, meanwhile, has relocated to Longridge from the firm’s Garstang office to provide private client services such as wills and LPAs.

Additionally, family law advice will be offered by partner Mark Mosley, who heads up the family law department.

Mark said: “Longridge has a long established reputation for residential conveyancing, and we have always been able to help clients with other requirements with staff from our other offices.

“However, as more clients have been asking with support for wills and lasting power of attorney, along with family matters and divorce proceedings, we felt the time was right for a dedicated team to provide all of those services direct from the branch.”

He added: “It will mean there are many more appointments available and new clients can simply walk in and ask to speak to a specialist.”

Conveyancing solicitor Nazreen joined Vincents from Blackburn-based Rosewood Law, prior to which she worked for Turner Law.

Nazreen commented: “We’ve an extremely active homebuyer market in Longridge and I’m looking forward to helping guide people through their purchase. I do enjoy helping clients at, what is usually, a really exciting time and believe it is important to keep them informed every step of the way.

“One particular area of specific experience, which will see demand grow over the coming years, is with regard to paying back the Help to Buy loan.”

She added: “It is recommended that people have a solicitor to support them through the process and I’ve found clients really appreciate having that added reassurance when dealing with the various government organisations and large sums of money that are involved.”
