York developer Mulgrave Properties builds for growth with head office relocation
Property developer Mulgrave Properties has announced the relocation to larger offices closer to York and several new staff appointments.
The business has moved its head office to Chessingham Park in Dunnington from Easingwold and now has 3000 sq ft of office space.
Moving to the larger space means that customers can now visit the office to progress their house buying process as well as allowing the business space for future growth.
The Mulgrave Properties team is also growing with the creation of three new roles within the business.
Kevin Hoyland has been appointed as construction director, Melanie Powls as field sales manager and Rob Martin as technical co-ordinator.
Kevin Hoyland joins the business from Linden Homes where he was associate construction director for seven years and Melanie Powls joins from Mulberry Homes where she was sales manager for four years.
Ian Hessay, managing director of Mulgrave Properties, said: “Mulgrave Properties is looking to expand its operation with multiple new developments planned for 2018 and we have been putting the foundations in place to support that with the new office and recent recruitment.
“The business has been very successful in recent years with award winning developments across the region and we are now in a great position to build on that as we look ahead to next year.”
Melanie Powls, field sales manager of Mulgrave Properties, added: “I am delighted to have joined the Mulgrave Properties team.
“I admire the business’s approach of creating exceptionally high quality, design led homes in exclusive locations and I am very much looking forward to working with our customers to provide them with homes they’ll love to live in.”
