Amber Claims Management marks one year of success since move to Liverpool HQ

Amber Claims Management is celebrating 12 months of success following its relocation to a renovated office space in Old Swan, Liverpool.

Headed by Entrepreneur and Director Ian Ambrose, the accident management firm moved into the aptly-named Amber House following rapid company expansion and significant forecasted growth.

Since the company’s upgrade to the 20,000-sq. ft. space, Amber Claims Management has expanded its offering and services which has seen the business work with a wider range of clients across the UK.

Ian said: “It’s certainly exciting to be celebrating a full year since we moved in to Amber House. Since our establishment in 2008, we have grown significantly as a company and we have acknowledged that as a result, our workspace needed to reflect our new business model. The company’s expansion rate has continued to increase and it’s rewarding to look back on what the whole team has achieved in the past twelve months alone.

“To continue to drive the business forward, it felt only right to introduce new elements to our services which is why we have recently devised ’amber: assist’, a unique online portal to handle first notification of loss, ’amber:go’, our nationwide replacement vehicle arm and ’amber:angels’, a fundraising division, to sit alongside our original ’Amber Claims’ offering, which once focused exclusively on personal claims. We are now working closely with carefully selected partners including insurance companies, brokers, fleet owners and managers, car manufacturers and solicitors, with our main goal remaining to limit the stress and inconvenience to both clients and partners following an accident.“

The once derelict Amber House, which is located on Green Lane, has been transformed into a working environment that combines both fun and functionality, complimented by quirky breakout spaces alongside several unique touches including a DJ booth, games room, a ‘chill out zone’ and even a slide.

Ian added: “As part of our ongoing aims to create a health-conscious work space, our offices are home to a subsidised canteen serving a variety of healthy, tasty dishes and snacks on demand. To encourage healthy eating, fruit is provided free of charge daily and we are home to an on-site gym accompanied by weekly yoga and meditation classes and personal training sessions. As part of our newly established ’amber:angels’ arm, we are also committed to investing in and giving back to our local community by employing people from within our area where possible and to offering employment opportunities to service users of the local charities that we support.

“At present, we’re busy discussing plans for an on-site pub for our employees to enjoy after work alongside working on the plans for our roof garden with our preferred architect; it’s certainly all go at Amber Claims Management.“
