Leeds digital research agency expands workforce as turnover set to surpass £4.8m
ResearchBods, the digital research agency, has seen 55% growth in revenue from the same period last year, setting it up to exceed the £4.8m turnover target for this financial year.
As a result of this growth, the Leeds-based company has expanded its in-house development team to meet increased demand for its suite of insight and behavioural tracking software tools.
The new recruits will support Dave Naylor, who was brought on board last year as chief technical officer.
Andrew Kay has been appointed as IT & Infrastructure Manager, bringing specialist expertise that allows the business to offer a fully scalable redundant solution for all projects running on the latest cloud-based technologies.
Also, Alina Dracopol joins the team as Senior Test Analyst, taking full responsibility for the overall QA strategy, working with the developers to ensure project solutions deliver first time.
Other new members in the development and operations team include Jamie Peterson as Data Analyst, Andy Nolan as Data Executive, Steph Harper as Junior Data Executive, and Vonnie Voong as Junior Application Developer.
Jonathan Clough, director at ResearchBods, commented: “Our vision is to continually upgrade traditional research techniques, producing quicker, deeper and more impactful insights.
“Having the right in-house team of experts allows us to offer best in class, highly tailored solutions to clients, ensuring that we contribute towards business change.
“We have some very exciting advancements to focus on in the next few months and expect to see further growth in the development team to support this.”
