Amber Claims Management makes accident management simple with innovative online portal
Amber Claims Management is leading the way within the claims management sector following the introduction of its latest online tool, amber:assist.
Designed with insurers, brokers, law firms and fleet managers in mind, the amber:assist portal provides real time accident management tracking and statistics for clients, making the handling process more user friendly.
The Old Swan based firm brought the tool to life in just nine months and it is now one of its most popular products amongst clients.
Founder and Managing Director of Amber Claims Management Ian Ambrose said: “The initial concept for amber:assist came primarily from the need to save time and costs and to streamline in house procedures when it comes to the claims handling process. Traditionally, this can be tedious and time consuming and it is important to our working ethos to put the client and the customers at the forefront by offering a more simplistic and effective approach. This is a truly unique, one of a kind portal which will lead the way when it comes to using technology within the sector.
“Due to its simple, uncomplicated design the amber:assist Portal can be tailored to suit the needs of each of our commercial clients, to include a range of add-ons, including but not limited to a variety of templates, knowledge banks, question sets, organisational branding and terminology. Our team are experts at what they do and understand the nature of claims management inside out, making their input into the design and functionality of this tool paramount to its success.”
Established in 2008, Amber Claims Management offers a professional accident management service for both clients and partners and has further expanded its offering since moving to a 20,000-sq. ft. office in Old Swan last year.
Ian added: “Online accessibility is a growing priority for both businesses and customers, who now expect efficiency and convenience throughout the claims management process. We are incredibly proud to launch amber:assist and recognise the possibilities that this will bring to the sector. Using technology to offer simple and effective solutions is a priority for Amber Claims Management and we are already looking into the development of an app… so watch this space!”
