Independent coffee house sets up at Salford Boat Shed scheme

Lupo Caffé Italiano has opened at a new venue in Salford.

The independent coffee house is set to remain in the area after securing a new home at Exchange Quay, following the departure from its former premises on Chapel Street in October.

Martin Davies and Ray Smith, commercial property partner and associate respectively at law firm Kuits, provided legal and commercial advice to Lupo owner Nico Pasquali on the letting.

Lupo Caffé Italiano is now based at developer Urban Splash’s Boat Shed scheme.

Martin said ahead of the opening: “We are delighted to have helped Nico and his team on securing a prime location for their coffee shop to be re-housed, providing a thorough legal offering to help them secure the location they desired.

“Lupo had built a great reputation and loyal client base before requiring to move premises and we wish them every success in their new home with what we are sure will be a much-anticipated opening.”

Also commenting before the launch, Nico Pasquali said: “Kuits have offered superb support to us over the last few weeks. As a small business having an external team of people to answer our questions and guide us has been invaluable.

“We can’t wait to start trading again and hope this is the first of many consultations with the Kuits team.”
