London tech disruptor chooses Force24 to support expansion
SoAmpli – the automated content sharing and sales enablement platform – has invested in marketing automation technology from Force24 to support its expansion.
The young B2B platform provider was previously using Mailchimp for ‘drip campaigns’ and newsletter distribution, alongside Wishpond for digital sign-up pages and gated content downloads.
But as the London-based team prepares to ramp up for its next phase of growth, a more comprehensive approach to marketing workflows and personalised journey creation was required.
Marketplace research brought the brand to the UK built and managed platform Force24. Commenting on the investment, SoAmpli’s customer success manager Charlotte Smith said: “As we look ahead to the next 12 months we have some ambitious expansion targets and therefore, some key communication objectives for the business.
“We want to increase awareness about our products and the very different approach we have to ‘social selling’, with the ultimate aim of generating more in-bound enquiries and, of course, sales. This will be possible through the creation of genuinely useful, authoritative content, but we need more time on our hands to invest in this side of our communications.
“Force24 will help us streamline our lead nurturing emails, reducing administration by at least 50% so that we have more resource to be creative.”
With SoAmpli using Force24 on a self-service basis, the set-up took place in only five days inclusive of training.
Charlotte continued: “Now that we’ve fully familiarised ourselves with the technology, the next step is to utilise the insights that we are gathering to sharpen up our marketing approach and hone our messaging for maximum impact. We have the flexibility to carry out data-driven experimentation, and will look to Force24’s account management team for further advice surrounding lead scoring, email scheduling and deliverability.”
Force24’s commercial director Nick Washbourne concluded: “It’s great to have a forward-thinking tech brand like SoAmpli amongst our customer base. Like us, they build ground breaking technology to enable more meaningful relationships between clients and their audiences, so there are many synergies in what we’re both trying to achieve with our platforms.”
