Promotion pays dividends for TRFC credit controller
The latest milestone in The Right Fuelcard Company’s vibrant employee development programme has seen Sherelle Senior promoted to credit controller.
The achievement coincides with Sherelle passing her Level 3 diploma in Credit Management from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
Her success is part of a wider £31k investment programme undertaken in the last 18 months to further develop the award-winning company’s nine-strong management team.
Sherelle, who joined TRFC in 2014, said: “The training made me feel appreciated and I love being part of such a successful company which continues to go from strength to strength and develops, coaches and mentors its staff.”
Credit Manager, Steven Kershaw commented: “Sherelle’s promotion and diploma achievements are well deserved, and we’re thrilled with her success. TRFC’s investment in her studies reflects the company’s ethos of ‘looking after the people who look after the business.’ We wish Sherelle continued success.”
TRFC was recently honoured with a diversity award which acknowledges the company’s commitment to providing career opportunities for the disadvantaged and long term unemployed.
This year the business also secured its Investors in People re-accreditation with flying colours. Assessors praised how TRFC showed: “Exemplary practice in working with individuals who have been unemployed for long periods to support and develop them back into working life.”
Auditors identified many strengths including how the leadership team, headed by business director, Adam Walsh, lead from the front. They also highlighted how all staff embrace TRFC’s strong team culture and values.
