Visualsoft bolsters client success with marketplace partner
Leading eCommerce agency, Visualsoft, has helped to deliver an extra £40,000 of monthly revenue to one of its clients through its partnership with global online marketplace Fruugo.
Charles Clinkard, the online footwear retailer, was recommended to use Fruugo by the Visualsoft team. Consequently, the business has grown to become the second largest retailer selling globally on the Fruugo marketplace.
Fruugo’s partnership with the Visualsoft platform allows sellers such as Charles Clinkard to easily integrate with the global marketplace to quickly achieve cross-border sales and unlock territories to provide translations, currency forex, and international customer services. What’s more, the integration allows retailers to easily generate a live feed from the platform, where they can receive real-time inventory stock updates and manage orders efficiently.
The partnership between Visualsoft and Fruugo has yielded strong results in its first 12 months alone. Currently Visualsoft clients represent 8% of Fruugo’s sellers, supplying over 300,000 unique products and counting three of the 20 largest retailers selling on the global Fruugo platform.
Visualsoft provides a bespoke eCommerce solution to over 1,000 retailers, and is committed to helping businesses grow online. The company operates an innovative payment structure, Shared Success, wherein clients such as Charles Clinkard are charged on a percentage of their increased online sales, rather than by an upfront or fixed fee.
Fruugo is an online marketplace which operates in 32 countries and is converted into 17 languages and 22 currencies with millions of products, thousands of brands and hundreds of retailers worldwide.
