Grade-II listed country house hotel in East Yorkshire hits the market
Sewerby Grange Hotel at Sewerby near Bridlington, East Yorkshire, is set to hit the market. Colliers International has been instructed to sell the hotel on behalf of the current owners.
Owned and operated by Daren Broom since 2004, the Grade-II listed country house hotel and restaurant has been placed on the market for an asking price of £675k.
Sewerby Grange has eight appointed letting bedrooms, lounge bar, restaurant, bistro, substantial private accommodation for owners and staff, lawned gardens, and the added potential to develop four holiday letting cabins in the grounds.
Daren Broom, owner of Sewerby Grange Hotel, said: “Sewerby Grange is a great place to live and work and being in such a strong trading location, the business ticks over beautifully year after year.
“Bridlington and Sewerby have a tremendous amount going for them with lovely beaches, the harbour, sailing facilities, golf courses, cliffs, wonderful views, and Sewerby Hall of course, so no doubt the new owners will have a lot to look forward to.”
