New five-bed homes take shape near Macclesfield
Work is underway on developer PH Homes’ latest scheme in Cheshire.
The Cheadle-based is building a raft of five-bedroom homes at Rough Heys Farm, just off Dark Lane in the village of Henbury near Macclesfield.
The scheme, called Heys Green, will deliver nine properties arranged around green space and set at the end of a long private drive.
Rough Heys Farm was formerly home to agricultural contractor Dales Agri.
Danny Gale, sales director at PH Homes, said: “Rough Heys Farm is an excellent location, and we wanted to make the most of the opportunity to improve what was a brownfield industrial site for the benefit of the whole area.
“The homes we’re proposing will be in a traditional Cheshire style, with slate roofs, rustic brick detailing and gravel drives, but with a contemporary twist and delightful modern interiors.”
He continued: “What will make this a really special place to live though will be the space – not just the generous plots, but also the private access to around seven acres of surrounding pasture woodland, pond and small lake for residents, the perfect recreation space for any family.”
Heys Green is PH Homes’ second project in Henbury, following The Courtyard on Andertons Lane.
