Gateshead video production company reports over 100% growth during 2017
A Gateshead firm, GetFilm, is celebrating a successful turnover in 2017.
The video production company has reported an increased turnover of 125 per cent, has taken on additional staff, and is also set to widen its reach during 2018.
Since forming in 2013, the videography company has produced corporate, wedding, special event and promotional films for clients across the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humber, and London.
GetFilm’s work helps clients deliver clear messages to audiences, engage with customers and staff, promote new products or record an event.
GetFilm’s clients include household names such as Hilton, EDF Energy, the NHS and Womble Bond Dickinson.
Founder, Joshua Kerr, commented: “2017 [was] an exciting year for GetFilm with strong growth, and we are looking forward to building on our progress over the coming year.
“We’re pleased to have welcomed more people to the team and to be able to offer our video production services throughout the UK at a cost effective price.”
Significant growth in the business has seen GetFilm increase its production team to 50, bringing the total number of filmmakers up to 30 and post-production staff up to 15.
So now, the North East company can begin to offer filmmaking services further across the country.
When asked about the basis for GetFilm’s success, Joshua added: “All our efforts are focused on producing a video that meets the specific requirements of each client.
“It’s our attention to detail, beginning with a detailed brief, that means we deliver quality videos, on time and to budget.”
