Boutique construction firm builds North West footprint with new projects
Boutique construction business Artez has strengthened its interiors portfolio in the North West with a raft of new leisure and office projects.
Expanding on its relationship with developer Moorgarth, the firm revealed plans for further regeneration at Market Place shopping centre in Bolton.
Artez is currently extending the site’s Victorian vaults to make way for new restaurant occupiers.
Steve Knight, director at Artez, said of the scheme: “The aim of Artez Interiors is to transform bare space into inspiring destinations to work, shop and play. We’ve truly put our stamp on the Market Place, delivering high quality units to welcome new tenants to our home town.
“The Market Place, and Bolton as a whole, is becoming a hotspot for national retailers and restaurant brands to set up new branches, so it’s an exciting time to be working in the borough. We’re proud to be a part of the improvements happening in the town centre.”
The Bolton-based company is also working with investment firm Peel Land & Property Group at Lowry Shopping Mall in Salford Quays, where it will refurbish a number of shopping units.
Elsewhere, Artez is creating new space for Haute Dolci restaurant at Cheshire Oaks and delivering two office renovations in Liverpool.
The latter will see Artez working with architects Falconer Chester Hall (FCH) to transform the internal space at its head office and refurbish the third floor of Yorkshire House on Tithebarn Street for Millfield Estates, a client of FCH.
