Digital car-selling platform Tootle expands RAC deal
Online car-selling platform Tootle has announced a deeper integration with the RAC.
The renewed agreement will see London-based Tootle continue to strengthen its partner relationship with the motoring services organisation through website features.
New integrations will see Tootle offered to RAC customers as an alternative to selling their vehicle through classified services.
The first places the Tootle brand on the ‘Sell your car’ page of the RAC Cars website, while the second puts the company’s valuations within the website’s ‘Value my car’ functionality.
Prior to the new deal, the Tootle service was only integrated into the RAC dealer dashboard and promoted through email communications.
Amy Buckley, Tootle’s digital director, said: “We’re excited to offer drivers a new way to sell their car and look forward to offering the increased volume of stock opportunities to both existing Tootle dealers and new dealers joining from the RAC and wider motor industry.”
The RAC’s head of motoring services, Alastair Crossley, commented: “We are excited to announce a deeper integration with Tootle, expanding both the RAC’s and Tootle’s customer offering.
“This continued partnership will see us strengthen our partner relationship with Tootle, to subsequently reach an expanded base of clients.”
Earlier this year, Tootle secured a seven-figure investment from Channel 4’s Commercial Growth Fund.
