BDO trebles Liverpool footprint with expansion at Temple Square
Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP is expanding its footprint in Liverpool.
The company will treble the size of its office in the city from 5,500 sq ft to 17,085 sq ft at Temple Square.
Signed on a 10-year lease, the move will see BDO’s 100-strong Liverpool team occupying three floors at the Temple Street scheme.
The new office has space for up to 250 staff.
Mark Sykes, partner in Liverpool and head of the firm’s cloud-based BDODrive offering in the UK, said: “Liverpool has proved itself a real success story as a city and for BDO in recent years.
“With access to some of the best universities in the country and a business community boasting some of the most vibrant start-ups and globally renowned businesses, we look forward to the future success of this office.”
BDODrive is geared towards SMEs and represents a combination of the company’s advisory services and technology platforms. It was developed in Liverpool before being rolled out across the UK.
BDO will make the move at Temple Square in March.
