NYC-inspired comfort food chain announces vegan pop-up
The team behind New York-inspired comfort food and cocktails chain Dirty Bones is launching a vegan pop-up business.
The firm’s new concept, Dirty Vegan, will offer plant-based twists on Dirty Bones’ menu along with a vegan-friendly cocktail and drinks list.
Cokey Sulkin, the founder and operations director of Dirty Bones, said: “It’s no secret that there’s been a huge uptake in the demand for more vegan and vegetarian options in London, and we wanted to challenge ourselves to accommodate more of these tastes and preferences while staying true to what Dirty Bones does best.
“Comfort food will always be our focus, and Dirty Vegan is our way of making sure that anyone from a full-time vegan to a curious, health-conscious part-timer can indulge in comfort food as well.”
Dirty Bones has sites in Soho, Carnaby, Shoreditch, Kensington and Oxford.
Dirty Vegan will launch with two initial sessions at the Shoreditch venue on March 5 and 12.
