Ten Lifestyle Group secures 'large' concierge services contract with HSBC
Ten Lifestyle Group plc has secured a new contract with HSBC Group to provide global concierge services to one of the Group’s exclusive wealth propositions.
The London-based firm, which is a technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the wealthy and mass affluent, won the contract following a competitive tender.
The transitioning process has already begun, with services expected to go live in early summer 2018. The service will be rolled out globally for relevant HSBC customers.
The contract is expected to be a “large” for Ten. Ten defines “large contracts” as concierge and related services where the annual value of net revenue is over £2m.
Toby Gauvain, managing director - international of Ten Lifestyle Group plc, said: “HSBC’s selection of Ten is a strong endorsement for our service platform and what we can offer to its high-net-worth customers.
“Our international team now operate from 20 wholly owned offices offering clients around the clock servicing in 26 languages. Our lifestyle experts, together with our cutting-edge, digital self-service concierge platform, will ensure that HSBC’s customers will receive unrivalled support and service wherever they are travelling in the world.
“We look forward to working with HSBC and are confident we can provide a truly differentiated programme.”
