Multi-million pound refurb underway at Helical plc’s TRINITY scheme in Manchester
Property firm Helical plc has started work on a multi-million pound refurb of its fourth building in Manchester.
The scheme, TRINITY, is undergoing a £6m transformation to deliver 56,694 sq ft of modern workspace for businesses in the city.
Located on John Dalton Street between Spinningfields and St Peter’s Square, the building was previously called Trinity Court and 100% let to Squire Patton Boggs, which is now based at No.1 Spinningfields.
The project will include extensive remodelling works to extend both the office space and ground floor retail units, as well as the creation of two terraces offering panoramic views of the Manchester skyline.

Helical’s Manchester portfolio includes 35 Dale Street in the Northern Quarter, 31 Booth Street, and Churchgate and Lee Buildings on Oxford Road.
Once TRINITY is complete in early 2019, the firm will have 400,000 sq ft of commercial real estate in the city.
Architecture firm OMI has been appointed to TRINITY following its work on a refurb at 31 Booth Street.
