National law firm Clarke Willmott relocates to larger London office
National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has moved its London office into a larger premises.
The firm has taken 4,489 sq ft on the third floor of 5 St Helen’s Place in the city, having outgrown its previous offices at 1 Chancery Lane.
Workplace Creations project managed the move, which included handling everything from the design and fit out to the new furniture.
Priscilla Hall, head of the Clarke Willmott London office and partner in the construction team, said: “Our move to St Helen’s Place in the heart of the City is an important development for Clarke Willmott.
“We have a growing base of excellent clients in London who are realising the benefits of working with a high quality team of London lawyers supported by esteemed colleagues based in our regional offices.
“This structure enables us to deliver great commercial solutions for our clients in ways that other London based firms cannot match.
“The larger premises are now just what we need to be able to expand the services we offer and house the growing team. The London office also serves as an important base for Clarke Willmott lawyers from around the country to meet with clients in the city.”
Catherine Lowden, head of facilities management at Clarke Willmott, added: “The new office has upgraded facilities and is in an excellent location near to Liverpool Street.
“The move has given us the opportunity to construct the layout that works for us, our people and our clients, and the team at Workplace Creations have been instrumental in designing a truly creative use of space.”
