Welsh hot tub company set for £2m revenue with new Cheshire showroom
Hot tub business UK Leisure Living is expecting to unlock revenue growth with a new showroom in Cheshire.
The Welsh company confirmed plans for its first satellite operation at Gordale Garden and Home Centre in South Wirral.
UK Leisure Living said the opening is part of a wider expansion strategy that will see it launch further satellite showrooms across the North West and North Wales.
The firm was founded less than three years ago in Conwy, where it runs one of the UK’s largest hot tub showrooms.
The Cheshire site is forecast to help the company grow revenues this year from £750k to over £2m.
UK Leisure Living will create six sales, engineering and administration jobs to help it meet an increased demand.
Managing director Gareth Jones said: “We could not have wished for a better location than Gordale for our first satellite showroom.
“It is widely regarded as one of the premier garden and home centres in the region with a fantastic location and large and loyal customer following.”
He added: “We look forward to showcasing some of the world’s leading hot tub brands when we open later this month.”
Gordale commercial manager Mark Scott commented: “We are delighted to be able to welcome UK Leisure Living to Gordale as a retail partner.
“We think that top quality hot tubs will be a great addition to our Garden, Home and Leisure offer and hopefully we have picked a great spot - next to our busy coffee shop with stunning views over the plant area.”
He continued: “We look forward to seeing the show site take shape, and to working with Gareth and the team over the coming months to develop a fantastic offer for our customers.”
