Yorkshire-based pure technology group expands south with new London base

Yorkshire’s pure technology group (ptg) has expanded in the South with the launch of a London office.

The Leeds-headquartered company appointed three staff for its new base and confirmed plans to create a further three jobs in the coming months.

The expansion follows turnover growth at ptg, which recorded sales of £28m in its 2017/18 financials – a year-on-year increase of more than £5m.

Having reported an increase in enquiries coming from the South, ptg is setting its sights on achieving revenus of £40m in the next few years.

Cliff Fox, group COO at ptg, said: “With 50% of our customer base made up of national and international brands, the London presence will allow us to be physically closer to some of our customers, as well as the prospective organisations we’re currently in talks with.

“There are some game-changing innovators in the South too, so as we look to expand our product and service offering, it’s also important that we’re closer to potential partners.”

He continued: “We may be a cutting-edge tech business, but we believe in developing strong human relationships too; this has been key to our success to date and we’re not about to change a model that we know really works.”

Ptg was founded in 2007. In 2012, it recorded a turnover of £4.66m.
