Yorkshire marketers team up to launch Harrogate-based digital agency
Two marketing professionals in Yorkshire have launched their own digital agency.
Brett James and Graham Davidson gave up careers with an established marketing agency to set up Peppy Marketing in Harrogate.
The duo have already secured a five-figure contract with family-owned Brackenwood, a company that installs replacement windows and doors across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, and another deal with a UK-based wine investment firm.
Brett and Graham are currently working in partnership with Leeds software firm Force24, whose platform includes an email design studio, microsite builder, drag-and-drop journey builder and web activity and e-commerce tracking.
Brett said: “We know there are many companies out there that are not being serviced as well as they could be by their agency. We are ambitious, we want to challenge the marketing services model.
“Companies who use our services will increase sales opportunities through using intelligent strategies and automation.”
He added: “We do this by managing the customer journey from initial enquiry to purchase to life cycle. We offer attention to detail and a meticulous focus on creating the best possible customer experience to deliver fantastic ROI.”
Graham commented: “We have done our homework and put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes. There have been some late nights of planning but it’s all because we passionately believe in the platform we are offering.
“We are confident that we can drive the business forward but we don’t want growth for growth’s sake – we will never sacrifice customer experience.”
