Office buildings at Thorpe Park snapped up for £12.1m
Developer Scarborough International Properties Limited (SIPL) has sold two office buildings in Leeds for £12.1 m.
The Grade A properties, located at Thorpe Park, were acquired by a charitable trust.
Constructed in 2004, the two three-storey buildings house a combined 52,845 sq ft of office space.
Tenants include construction firm BAM Construction, housebuilder Duchy Homes and insurance broker Jelf.
Estate agents Knight Frank acted for Scarborough. The charitable trust was unrepresented.
Alongside the disposal, SIPL has completed its third letting at Paradigm, the first speculative Grade A office site in phase two at Thorpe Park.
Renew Holdings signed up for 2,550 sq ft to join Pure Retirement and Wates Construction at the scheme.
SIPL’s Paul Holcroft said: “Following the other recent sales at Thorpe Park, the level of interest and price achieved for these buildings is evidence of the demand for prime office assets at Thorpe Park Leeds.”
