New appointments for growing South Coast team

A regional housebuilder is expanding its sales team on the South Coast with the appointment of two new recruits.

Persimmon Homes South Coast has appointed Hilary Landey, 55, as a field sales manager. The Fareham-based business has also appointed Ebony Dugdale, 27, who joins as a sales advisor at the housebuilder’s Riverbourne Fields development in Tidworth.

Hilary, from Petersfield, joins having worked for 20 years in estate agency, lettings and new homes across the region - and she believes her experiences will stand her in good stead in her new position.

She said: “I’m excited to get stuck into my new role with Persimmon and I’m thankful for the warm welcome I’ve received and the opportunity I’ve been given.

“It’s great to be leading such a large and talented team, who are all so passionate about new homes and the customer’s journey. I have been working as an estate agent for the past 8 years and helped to grow the business while managing the staff on a day-to-day basis.

“I hope to bring this in to my new role and build on the successes of the South Coast team.”

It’s fair to say that 27-year-old Ebony feels at home in her new role, having purchased a new property on the development she now works on.

She remarked: “I certainly know Riverbourne Fields inside out, that’s for sure! The site managers and management team have been really helpful for me. I have settled in really well and am constantly learning new things.

“I have a passion for new homes and love to work with each customer to make sure we can deliver their dream property. The amount of training you receive has also attracted me to the company and there are lots of opportunities to progress through the ranks.” Ebony also has an estate agency background, having worked for five years as both a trainee and senior sales negotiator.

Persimmon Homes South Coast operates new homes developments across Dorset, Hampshire, west Sussex and Wiltshire.
