e-Careers set for crowdfunding 'success' to fuel its growth
UK Education Technology firm, e-Careers has become one of the latest organisations to use crowdfunding to fuel its growth.
Crowdcube has recently introduced Brew Dog, a craft bear company, onto its platform and news recently broke that Mr & Mrs Smith, the boutique hotel site is also due to open to the public on Crowdcube.
e-Careers is a training organisation that develops and delivers accredited courses to individuals, colleges, businesses and government bodies.
They have identified that skills gaps are to supposedly only increase with the technologically changing times, insecurities in the global economy and unknown affects around Brexit, e-Careers believes that effective up-skilling will be paramount across all industries.
Forbes recently stated that the global eLearning market is set to exceed £325bn by 2025 and e-Careers believe they are primed to earn a share of this huge market.
Jazz Gandhum, CEO of e-Careers and 2017 UK Entrepreneur of the Year, said: “We have been on an amazing journey and now with everything in place, including our products, processes, people, platforms and great traction, we believe we are poised for exponential growth.
“The business has been totally self-funded to date and we believe that a successful crowdfunding campaign will not only give our business great exposure, but will also inject capital which will be used to grow our sales in the UK and abroad.”
e-Careers launched onto the Crowdcube platform at the beginning of September and are scheduled to be open for investment till the first week of October and are giving up four per cent equity in the business.
Individuals can invest from £10 upwards to own a share of the company.
