Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee engagement platform launches INSIGHTS - a simple, lightweight tool to measure and improve employe

Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee engagement platform, is today announcing the launch of Perkbox Insights, a simple, lightweight tool to help HRs and managers measure and improve employee engagement. Insights is the third product launched by Perkbox in the last three years. Other products in its portfolio include its perks and benefits platform and its reward and recognition tool.

Unlike traditional engagement surveys, Insights is a digital platform that automatically checks-in with teams to ask them about their day at work, management and what can be improved. Its innovative technology helps HRs and managers by suggesting questions and using real-time dashboards to close the loop, highlighting trending feedback through the data it generates and keeping everyone accountable. The product will be enhanced with AI capabilities soon, such as providing predictive insights into employee churn across teams in organisations.

The company has been working closely with HR specialists, behavioural psychologists and customers, to ensure that the digital platform is able to give organisations what they need to solve the problem of retaining company culture and keeping communication open and honest. Perkbox envisions it will onboard at least 5,000 existing customers to this new platform in the next six months and is offering free 12-month subscription for a limited time period.

Perkbox has already proven to have disrupted the employee engagement space through its current technology offerings. Only last week it ranked number 5 in the annual Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 Report which rates Britain’s 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest growing sales of the last three years. The company’s revenues have grown by 137% since 2016, and are 8x those reported for 2015
